This Privacy Policy explains what information TriHubErp ("TriHubErp", "we", "us") collects when you use our platform at trihuberp.com and the workspaces we host for you, how we use it, and the choices you have. TriHubErp is a business platform: most of the information in your workspace is data you and your team put there to run your company.
This policy covers visitors to our public website, the person who signs up an account ("account owner"), and the users invited into a workspace. If you are an end customer of a business that uses TriHubErp, that business — not TriHubErp — controls your data; please refer to their privacy notice.
We use the information above to provide and secure the service, authenticate users, operate the features you enable, send transactional messages such as sign-in codes and billing notices, and comply with our legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not serve ads.
Each company's workspace runs in its own dedicated, isolated database — not shared rows in a common table. Your records are never commingled with another customer's, and access is gated by one-time-code sign-in, role-based permissions and, where you enable it, geographic access zones.
Where you use built-in AI features, your prompts and the relevant records are processed to generate the requested result. AI runs within our platform, in-region, next to your data; your workspace content is not used to train third-party foundation models.
We rely on a small number of processors strictly to run the service: an email delivery provider (for sign-in codes and notifications) and a payment provider (to process online payments you initiate). These providers process data only on our instructions and only as needed for their function.
We protect your information with passwordless authentication, role-based access control, encryption of data in transit, geographic access zones, and a full audit trail of actions. No system is perfectly secure, but security is a foundational part of how the platform is built, on every plan.
We retain your workspace data for as long as your account is active. You can export your data at any time. If you close your account, we delete or de-identify your workspace data within a reasonable period, except where we must retain limited records to meet legal, tax or security obligations.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Account owners can action most of these directly in the product; for anything else, contact us at privacy@trihuberp.com and we will respond in line with applicable law.
We may process information in the regions where our infrastructure operates. Where data crosses borders, we apply appropriate safeguards consistent with applicable data-protection law.
TriHubErp is a business tool and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.
We may update this policy as the service evolves. Material changes will be posted here with a new "last updated" date, and where required we will notify account owners.
