These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of TriHubErp (the "Service") at trihuberp.com. By signing up for or using the Service, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and any organization you represent.
TriHubErp is a multi-tenant business platform that provides a suite of applications — finance, inventory, sales, operations, and more — each company running in its own isolated database on its own subdomain. We continuously improve the Service and may add, change or remove features over time.
You must provide accurate account information and are responsible for the activity of the users you invite. You must be able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of access to your workspace and for the actions of your users.
Paid plans are priced per user, per month: One App at $10, Standard at $30, and Custom at $75. Every plan can start free; paid features are billed in advance for the applicable period. Fees are exclusive of taxes, which you are responsible for where applicable. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. We will give reasonable notice of price changes.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to breach or circumvent security, access another tenant's data, disrupt the Service, upload unlawful or infringing content, or use the Service to violate the rights of others or any applicable law.
As between you and us, you own the data you put into your workspace. You grant us only the limited rights needed to host, process and secure that data to provide the Service. We do not sell your data and we do not use your workspace content to train third-party models. You can export your data at any time.
We and our licensors own the Service, including its software, design and trademarks. These Terms do not grant you any right to our intellectual property except the limited right to use the Service as permitted here.
We work to keep the Service reliable and available, but we provide it on a commercially reasonable-efforts basis and do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may perform maintenance and will aim to minimize disruption.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TriHubErp and Triple Network will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data. Our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that risks harm to others or to the Service. On termination you may export your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at Triple Network's principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, unless a mandatory law in your location provides otherwise.
We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. Material changes will be posted here with a new "last updated" date and, where required, notified to account owners. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
